We learn about Jessica’s passion for hairdressing and her dream of opening her own salon. After working for several years, Jessica encounters a teenage girl with severely matted hair who is too nervous to enter the salon. Jessica persuades the girl to come in and begins to work on her hair.
As they spend hours together, Jessica discovers the extent of the damage and realizes that a special treatment is necessary to untangle the hair without causing pain.
