The traffic stop happened on July 5th, 2021, and dash camera footage shows a driver, identified as 41-year-old Jeremy Guthrie, speeding across multiple lanes before taking a dangerous turn.
After a near miss, Guthrie was pulled over by New Mexico State Patrol Sergeants who commented on his erratic driving. The six children inside the car were confirmed to be between 13 and 14 years old. Guthrie offered a bizarre response about the kids being his friends and that one girl was over 18. Later, Guthrie was caught with his zipper down while trying to find his car keys, and he admitted that he had a few drinks several hours ago.
