‘That Girl’s Not 18’: Accused Rapist Caught with Pants Unzipped and Truck Full of Kids

A rapist is caught with his pants unzipped in a truck full of underage kids during a traffic stop in New Mexico. The traffic stop happened on July 5th, 2021, and dash camera footage shows a driver, identified as 41-year-old Jeremy Guthrie, speeding across multiple lanes before taking a dangerous turn.

After a near miss, Guthrie was pulled over by New Mexico State Patrol Sergeants who commented on his erratic driving. The six children inside the car were confirmed to be between 13 and 14 years old. Guthrie offered a bizarre response about the kids being his friends and that one girl was over 18. Later, Guthrie was caught with his zipper down while trying to find his car keys, and he admitted that he had a few drinks several hours ago.

a man named Guthrie is stopped by police for driving recklessly with several young passengers in his truck. When questioned, Guthrie admits to not being 18 years old, which is the legal age required to drive. Despite this, he refuses to cooperate with the police and becomes argumentative. The police sergeant conducts a field sobriety test and a physical body test, and Guthrie is eventually arrested.

He was also later charged with multiple counts of rape after he started a relationship with a 13-year-old girl inside his vehicle when she was only 12 years old. The girl became pregnant but suffered a miscarriage. Guthrie is due back in court in October reporting for long crime. It is important to note that in this situation, Guthrie has the right to remain silent and not make any statements, as well as the right to consult with a lawyer before any questioning.
