In the realm of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, a stern warning has emerged regarding the future of their children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, in the United States. According to royal expert Tom Quinn, the American dream that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are pursuing could potentially transform into a ‘nightmare’ scenario for their offspring.
Speaking to the Daily Express, Quinn articulated concerns that Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet might find themselves in challenging situations in the US. He highlighted the possibility of teasing and even bullying due to their royal titles, stating, “Oh, you’re a prince and princess.” Quinn emphasized the potential sense of being “horribly trapped” that this attention could create.
Drawing parallels to history, Quinn recalled King Charles’ own childhood experiences when he attended a Scottish boarding school. Contrary to expectations, being the heir to the throne led to more bullying and challenges for Charles during his time at Gordonstoun.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex made their move to the United States in 2020, accompanied by their son Prince Archie. The family expanded with the birth of their daughter, Princess Lilibet, in 2021.
